1. Introduction

Welcome to CRASE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CRASE platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our website (the "Service"), whether as a guest or a registered user.

CRASE is operated by Roads Group ("we", "us", or "our"), located at Theophile de Bockstraat 37, 1058 TX, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Service.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to the CRASE website and services.
• "Business" or "Artist" refers to any entity that uses our Platform to create campaigns and connect with Creators.
• "Creator" refers to any individual who uses our Platform to participate in campaigns and create content.
• "Campaign" refers to a marketing initiative created by a Business or Artist on our Platform.
• "Content" refers to any material uploaded, posted, or shared through our Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Platform Usage

4.1 For Businesses and Artists

As a Business or Artist, you may create campaigns on our Platform. You are responsible for setting clear requirements, performance metrics, and reward structures for your campaigns. You agree to pay for verified performance as specified in your campaign terms.

4.2 For Creators

As a Creator, you may participate in campaigns that match your content niche and audience. You agree to connect your social media accounts for verification purposes and to create content that adheres to campaign guidelines.

5. Fees and Payments

Businesses and Artists agree to pay CRASE a 10% fee on each successful campaign. This fee is calculated based on the total amount paid to Creators for verified performance.

Creators can join and use the Platform for free. Creators will receive payment based on verified performance metrics as specified in each campaign.

All payments are processed securely through our Platform. Payment terms and methods are subject to our Payment Policy.

6. Content Guidelines

You agree not to post, upload, or share Content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains software viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware
• Is false, misleading, or deceptive
• Promotes illegal activities or conduct
• Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Roads Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting Content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Roads Group, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
